Siplast markets lightweight insulating concrete roof insulation systems. Some of these systems use bag good products that contain vermiculite. Siplast does not mine, manufacture or package any of these products. There are produced to Siplast specifications by a tolling agreements with various expanders in North America such as Specialty Vermiculite, Strong Manufacturing and Whittemore Company. A Siplast approved contractor will order materials from Siplast, Siplast will then have one of these tolling manufactures produce the material and drop ship the material to the job site for use by the contractor.
Based on this, the associate membership is a more appropriate membership for John Rose representing Siplast.
